Looking to contribute to organizations that value clarity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Sport

Always up for squash or padel, and lately curious about bouldering.
You’d often find me running by the river in Antwerp, my kind of reset.

Games

I love strategy games like Age of Empires & quizzes. So if you want to host a game night, count me in.

The Observer

I tend to notice the small things: how people think, work, and connect. It helps me understand systems and stories alike.

Being Kind

Being Kind

I try to lead with kindness, because empathy and direction can
go hand in hand.
It’s possible to be gentle in tone, yet firm in purpose.

Playful

I’m usually observant, but I love humor and good timing. Sometimes it’s a blink-and-you-miss-it kind of moment. I enjoy good banter, taking a joke, and giving it right back. 😏

Personality

Hi I am Shaurya

Hi I am Shaurya

Born in India, and raised across the country because of my father’s army career. Moving from place to place taught me how to adapt quickly and connect deeply. To see the different ways people live, believe, and aspire, and how, in the end, those differences are all connected.

When we finally settled in Chandigarh, I grew up surrounded by architects, teachers, doctors, lawyers, in my family, each seeing the world through their own lens. That diversity shaped how I think: everything may seem separate, but it’s all held together by a red thread.

Because I was surrounded by people who had a craft, I developed a deep respect for industries built on expertise and mastery, the kind of work that requires time, intention, and pride. That belief continues to guide how I learn, grow, and create impact today.
